40 sq.m., living room with double sofa bed + kitchenette, 1 double bed separated by built-in wardrobe, bathroom with shower.

Tower 4
40 sq.m., bed-sitter, living room with double sofa bed + single sofa bed + kitchenette, bathroom with shower. It can be connected to the apartment 3 and rented together.
